Campbell Duncan has been drafting Land Pooling Rules for the Ministry of Works and Human Settlement, Bhutan. In the course of the work he attended a consultation session with owners of land in a proposed land pooling scheme near Thimpu.

We have worked on legislation-related projects in many countries. Recent international legislation work has been in Indonesia, Bhutan, Azerbaijan and India. In Australia in 2010 we have worked for State departments and agencies and local government.

Legislation Newsletter deals with current issues affecting those involved in the legislative process - legislators, drafters and those who develop the policy which underlies legislation.
The current issue, November 2009, asks whether is it possible to consider the administration of laws without also considering the laws themselves.
